Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 August 2026

Love Simulator is an independently operated information and referral website published at lovesimulator.chat. This policy explains what data the site collects, why it is collected, how long it is held, and what you can ask us to do about it.

We keep collection deliberately narrow. Love Simulator does not sell personal data, does not build advertising profiles about individuals, and does not require an account to read any page on this site.

1. Who is responsible for this site

The operator of lovesimulator.chat is responsible for the content published here and for decisions about the limited data this site processes. Love Simulator is an editorial and referral publisher: the interactive simulator itself is operated by a third-party partner under its own terms and privacy policy.

Where this policy refers to "we", it means the operator of lovesimulator.chat. Where it refers to "the partner", it means the third-party service you reach after following an outbound link from this site.

2. What we collect

Visiting a page on this site produces a small amount of technical data, most of it generated automatically by your browser and our hosting provider.

3. What we do not collect

We do not ask for your name, postal address, date of birth, payment details or government identifiers anywhere on lovesimulator.chat. There is no registration form, no newsletter signup and no payment processing on this domain.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. This is an adult service and access is gated behind an age confirmation.

4. Why we process this data

Technical logs exist to keep the site available, diagnose faults and defend against abuse such as scraping or denial-of-service traffic. Aggregate analytics exist to understand which pages are useful and which are not.

Attribution parameters exist so that a partner can correctly credit a referral. They identify a campaign, not a person.

5. Cookies and local storage

This site uses the minimum practical set of client-side storage. The age-confirmation cookie prevents the 18+ notice from reappearing on every page. Local storage may hold campaign attribution parameters for the duration of your visit.

You can clear cookies and local storage at any time through your browser settings. Doing so will simply cause the age confirmation to appear again on your next visit.

6. Outbound links and partners

Calls to action on this site route through an internal redirect and then to a third-party partner. Once you leave this domain you are covered by that partner's own privacy policy and terms, not by this one.

We do not receive your partner account details, conversation content, payment information or any other data you provide to that service. We may receive aggregate, non-identifying reporting about how many referrals converted.

7. Analytics and measurement

Measurement on this site is event-based and aggregate. Where a tag manager or analytics container is enabled, it is configured to record page and interaction events rather than individual profiles.

If you prefer not to be measured at all, browser-level tracking protection or an ad blocker will prevent these events from firing, and the site will continue to work normally.

8. How long data is kept

Server and CDN logs are retained for a short operational period, typically no longer than 30 days, and then rotated out. Aggregate analytics are retained in summarised form only.

Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve the matter you raised, plus any period required to demonstrate that a rights or safety request was handled.

9. Legal bases

Where the GDPR or a similar framework applies, we rely on legitimate interests for security logging and aggregate measurement, and on consent for the age confirmation and any optional storage. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it by clearing your browser storage.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to data about you, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, or a copy in portable form. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests.

To exercise any of these, write to support@lovesimulator.chat from the address you used to contact us, or include enough technical detail (such as an approximate timestamp and IP address) for us to locate the relevant records. We answer within a reasonable period and always within the statutory deadline where one applies.

11. Security

This site is served over HTTPS and published as static files, which materially reduces the attack surface: there is no user database on this domain to breach. Administrative access to the publishing pipeline is restricted.

No system is perfectly secure. Please do not send sensitive personal information to us by email.

12. International transfers

The site is delivered by a global content-delivery network, so a request may be served from infrastructure outside your country. Any such transfer is limited to the technical data described above.

13. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the site changes. The revision date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes will be summarised in the intro.
