Love Simulator is operated as an independent publishing project. This page lists the right channel for each kind of request so your message reaches the correct place first time.

The general address is support@lovesimulator.chat. Please put the category in the subject line.

1. Before you write

If your question is about an account, a subscription, a payment or a conversation inside the simulator, we cannot help — that service is operated by a third-party partner with its own support channel. Contact them directly and you will get an answer far faster.

The partner’s support channel is linked from its own site once you are signed in, and it is the only route with access to your account, your billing history and your conversation data.

Checking this first saves days. Roughly every second message that reaches us is a partner support question that we can only forward, and forwarding adds a round trip to an answer you could have had immediately.

2. Rights and takedown requests

Use "Rights notice" in the subject line and include the exact URL, what right you are asserting, and how to reach you. The full requirements are on the DMCA page.

Notices that omit the URL or the rights basis cannot be actioned and will come back to you with a request for the missing detail, which only slows the removal down.

3. Privacy and data requests

Use "Privacy request" and state what you want: access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability. Because this site holds almost no personal data, please include enough technical detail — approximate date, time and IP address — for us to find any relevant log entry.

In most cases the honest answer to an access request will be that no record identifying you exists, and we will say so rather than manufacture a report.

4. Safety concerns

Use "Urgent" for anything involving non-consensual material, apparent minors, threats or other serious harm. These are read first and actioned immediately.

Do not attach the material itself to a safety report. A URL, a timestamp and a short description are enough, and they keep the report lawful to handle.

5. Corrections

If something on this site is factually wrong or out of date, tell us which page and what the correct information is. Substantiated corrections are made and the page revision date is updated.

We do not silently rewrite a page after a factual complaint; where a correction changes the meaning of a claim, the revision date moves so anyone rechecking can see that it did.

6. Partnerships and advertising

Use "Partnership" and include the offer, the geographies you cover and the terms. We do not accept guest posts, link insertions or paid links that are not clearly disclosed.

Include the network or tracking platform you run on. An offer we cannot attribute cleanly is an offer we cannot promote, however good the payout looks on paper.

Offers that open by asking for a do-follow link inside existing content are declined without a reply. Genuine proposals describe the product, the payout model and the compliance posture.

7. Press and research

Use "Press" with your outlet, deadline and the questions. We are happy to discuss how affiliate publishing and adult-category SEO actually work.

We do not comment on the internal operations, user numbers or moderation practices of partner platforms, because we have no visibility into them and speculation would be worthless to you.

8. Response times

Most messages are answered within a few business days. Safety and rights matters are prioritised over everything else. Sales pitches sent to the wrong address may not receive a reply.

If a request has a statutory deadline — a data subject request, for example — say so in the subject line and we will treat the clock as running from the day the message arrives.

Automated acknowledgements are not sent. If you have had no reply after a week on a rights or privacy matter, resend the message rather than assume it was ignored — a small number are caught by spam filtering.

9. What not to send

Please do not email passwords, payment card details, government identifiers or intimate images. If a request genuinely requires sensitive information, we will tell you how to supply it safely.

If you have already sent something sensitive by mistake, tell us and we will delete it from the mailbox rather than keep it on file.

Email is not a secure channel. Anything you send arrives in an ordinary mailbox and should be treated as readable by the people who operate it.

10. Language

English is the working language. Messages in other languages are welcome but may take longer to process.

Machine translation is used where necessary, so keep sentences short and put the request itself in the first paragraph rather than at the end of a long explanation.

11. Abuse

Threatening, harassing or fraudulent correspondence is retained and, where appropriate, reported. Repeated abusive contact will be blocked.

Attempts at extortion, fake legal notices and phishing dressed as a rights complaint are all reported to the relevant provider along with full headers.
