Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated: 1 August 2026

Love Simulator is funded by affiliate commission. If you follow a link from lovesimulator.chat to a partner service and later sign up or purchase, the operator of this site may be paid. You never pay more because of it.

This disclosure sits on its own page, is linked from the footer of every page, and is repeated in the footer disclaimer, because burying it would defeat the point of making it.

This page explains the arrangement in plain terms, in line with FTC guidance and equivalent rules elsewhere.

1. The relationship

The operator of this site participates in affiliate programmes run by adult entertainment and AI companion platforms. Participation means we are paid for referrals; it does not mean we operate, own or control those platforms.

We hold no stake in any partner, have no editorial arrangement with one, and cannot influence how a partner runs its service. The relationship is commercial and one-directional: they pay for traffic.

2. Which links are affiliate links

Assume every outbound call-to-action and every character card on this site is an affiliate link. Internal links between pages of this site are not.

There are no hidden affiliate links inside body copy. If a sentence links somewhere, it links to another page on this site unless it is one of the calls to action described above.

Outbound links also carry rel attributes marking them as sponsored and no-follow, so search engines are told about the commercial relationship as well as readers.

Outbound clicks pass through an internal redirect that attaches a referral code before forwarding you to the partner.

That redirect route is excluded from search indexing so the affiliate hop never appears in results, and it carries no content of its own beyond the forward.

3. How the tracking works

A referral code and a campaign parameter are appended to the outbound URL. The partner reads them to credit the referral. They identify this website, not you as an individual.

The code identifies this domain within the partner’s programme; the campaign parameter records which page the click came from, so we can tell which articles are useful and which are not.

Attribution usually persists for a limited window through a cookie the partner sets on its own domain. We neither set that cookie nor can we read it.

4. What it costs you

Nothing. Prices at the partner are the same whether you arrive through this site, a search result or by typing the address directly. Commission is paid by the partner out of its own margin.

You also do not get a worse deal. There is no separate affiliate pricing tier, and any promotion running on the partner’s own site is available to you when you arrive from here.

5. What it does not change

Commission does not buy a favourable description. Where a limitation is worth knowing — a paywalled route, queueing at peak times, a branch you can permanently lose — it is stated on the page, including in the cons lists.

We do not accept payment to remove a criticism or to publish a claim we cannot stand behind.

The cons list on every landing page is written before the pros list, on purpose. If a category has a structural weakness — paywalled endings, queueing at peak, an AI that occasionally contradicts itself — it belongs on the page.

6. How offers are chosen

Partners are selected for category relevance, a working product, transparent billing and a functioning support channel. A programme that pays well but treats users badly is not worth the traffic.

We drop partners that introduce dark-pattern billing, make cancellation difficult, or fail to moderate their platform, regardless of what the payout looks like.

7. Editorial independence

Content decisions sit with the operator of this site. Partners do not review, approve or edit pages before publication, and no partner has a right of veto over what appears here.

If a partner asks for a change, it is treated as a suggestion and judged on whether it is factually correct — the same standard we apply to a correction sent in by a reader.

8. Illustrative figures

Ratings, player counts and chapter numbers on this site illustrate the category and the product concept. They are not audited statistics and should not be read as guarantees of what you will experience.

Where a number would materially affect a purchase decision, check it against the partner’s own current documentation, which is the authoritative source and can change at any time.

9. How to avoid the affiliate link

If you would rather not be tracked as a referral, type the partner's address into your browser directly, or clear the attribution parameters from your browser storage before signing up.

Doing so costs you nothing and costs us the commission. That is a legitimate choice and this page exists partly so you can make it knowingly.

10. Sponsored content

We do not publish paid guest posts, undisclosed sponsorships or link insertions. If a page were ever sponsored, it would carry a clear label at the top.

The same applies to any future review, comparison table or ranking: a placement that was paid for would be marked as paid in the body of the page, not in a footnote.

11. Questions

If anything here is unclear, or you think a disclosure is missing from a specific page, write to support@lovesimulator.chat and we will fix it.
